Hi, I'm Jodie! Thanks for stopping by! ٩(^ヮ^)و

Who I Am

I grew up surrounded by the lush, rolling hills of Kentucky and am now based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania where I study Statistics and Human-Computer Interaction at Carnegie Mellon University. Most of my recent summers have been spent in the Bay Area.

I study and build new tech in all forms that reshapes how we live, connect, and play. My best work is cultivated from untangling satisfying people problems, riffing ideas with my team, and a bit of daydreaming about what-if visions.

Why I Design

Life is full of friction—human-centered design aims to reduce it. I design with the belief that seamless interactions empower us to move through the world with greater clarity and purpose, allowing us to dream bigger and wander more.

What I Dream Of

My favorite category of food is non-pastry desserts; I love anything boba, pudding, and jelly. One day, I hope to open a dessert café for my fellow qq dessert lovers, offering yummy treats like coffee jelly and tofu pudding served in my handmade pottery.
